Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on OnlineTimePass.com and why. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example that you already dismissed a banner, or which ads you have seen. They cannot read files from your device and they cannot run programs.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Used to keep the site working: load balancing, security, and remembering your cookie-consent choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. These cannot be switched off.
Game and site preferences
Some games store progress, high scores or settings in your browser’s local storage. That data stays on your device; we do not read it or upload it to our servers. Because there are no accounts on OnlineTimePass, clearing your browser data resets it permanently.
Analytics
We use analytics (including Google services) to see which games are popular, how long sessions last and where players come from. This is aggregated and helps us decide which games to add. You can block analytics cookies through the consent banner or with a browser extension.
Advertising
OnlineTimePass is free because it carries advertising. Our ad partners may use cookies to measure campaign performance, limit how often you see the same ad, and show advertising that is more relevant to you. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings, and from many other vendors through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page or the European Your Online Choices service.
Third-party cookies
When you play a game, the game server and any in-game advertising SDK may also set their own cookies. Those are governed by the third party’s own privacy policy, not ours.
Managing cookies
- The consent banner. Withdraw or change your consent at any time using the cookie notice on the site.
- Browser settings. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all have a “Cookies and site data” section in settings. Blocking cookies may break some games.
- Private browsing. Incognito and private windows discard cookies when you close them.
Changes
We may update this policy when our advertising or analytics partners change. The current version is always on this page.
