About OnlineTimePass
What is OnlineTimePass?
OnlineTimePass.com is a free online gaming site. We publish instant-play HTML5 browser games — puzzles, arcade classics, racing, shooting, sports, strategy, dress-up and more — that run directly in your web browser. There is nothing to download, nothing to install and no account to create. Click a game, wait a second, and play.
The library currently holds more than 1,400 games across 16 categories, and new titles are added every week.
Why people play here
- Instant play. Every game is an HTML5 build that starts in the browser, so there are no plugins, launchers or app stores involved.
- Works on any device. Desktop, laptop, tablet or phone — the games scale to your screen and support both keyboard and touch controls.
- Genuinely free. No paywalls, no premium tiers, no “watch an ad to continue” gates mid-game.
- Full-screen mode. Most games can be expanded to fill the whole screen for a cleaner, arcade-style session.
- Short sessions welcome. Most of our games are built for a two-minute break, not a three-hour commitment.
How we choose games
We license and embed HTML5 games from established browser-game distributors and independent studios. Before a title goes live we check three things: it loads quickly, it plays correctly on both desktop and mobile browsers, and it is appropriate for a general audience. Games that fail those checks are not published.
Each game page lists its controls and a short description of how to play, so you know what you are getting into before the first level starts.
How the site stays free
OnlineTimePass is supported by advertising. Ads are what keep the servers running and let us keep every game free to play, forever. We use reputable ad networks, and you can read exactly how advertising cookies and analytics are handled in our Privacy Policy.
Safety, privacy and kids
We do not ask players to register, and we do not collect personal information to play a game. Standard analytics and advertising cookies may be used — see the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions for the full details. If you are a parent or teacher, our Education and Puzzles categories are the gentlest places to start.
Game owners and rights holders
All games are the property of their respective developers and distributors and are embedded with permission under the terms of our distribution agreements. If you own a game published here and would like it updated, credited differently, or removed, contact us and we will action it promptly.
