These terms govern your use of OnlineTimePass.com. The full, legally detailed version is published as our Terms and Conditions; this page is a plain-language summary. If the two ever conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

1. Using the site

OnlineTimePass is free to use for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By playing a game or browsing the site you agree to these terms. You must be old enough in your country to consent to the use of advertising cookies, or be using the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. What you may not do

Copy, scrape, republish or redistribute the site’s content, artwork, text or game embeds without written permission.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers.
Use the site to distribute malware, or to post unlawful, abusive, hateful or infringing content (including in comments).
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Comments are moderated. We may remove any comment or block any user at our discretion, without notice.

3. Games and intellectual property

OnlineTimePass does not own the games it hosts. Every game is the property of its developer or distributor and is embedded here under the terms of our distribution agreements. Game names, logos and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Third-party content and links

Game pages may load content from third-party game servers, and the site displays advertising served by third-party networks. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for the content, ads or data collection of external services. Outbound links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep every game loading and playable, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or remove any game at any time. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineTimePass and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or device functionality, arising from your use of the site or the games on it.

7. Accounts and saved progress

There are no user accounts on OnlineTimePass. Any progress, high scores or favourites you save are stored locally in your own browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data. We cannot recover them for you.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when advertising partners or applicable law change. The current version will always be on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
